Rules
ENTRY: Participants will be entered once a referral creates an account on taxtalktoday.com, enters the email address of the current subscriber who referred them, and purchases either a 12- or 15- Credit CPE Package.
ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to legal U.S. residents, over the age of 18. Employees of Tax Talk Today (along with its contractors, affiliates and subsidiaries) and their families are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Participants residing in those areas where the promotion is void may participate but may not win any prizes. Anyone creating accounts fraudulently will be disqualified.
WINNER SELECTION & PRIZES: Winners of the promotion are the subscribers with referrals who created a Tax Talk Today account and purchased either a 12- or 15- credit CPE Package as follows: 15-credit CPE package & an exclusive Tax Talk Today coffee mug requires 10 or more referrals; $100 Amazon Gift Card & an exclusive Tax Talk Today coffee mug requires 5-9 referrals; $50 Amazon Gift Card & an exclusive Tax Talk Today coffee mug requires 3-4 referrals; an exclusive Tax Talk Today coffee mug requires 1-2 referrals. Decisions of Tax Talk Today will be based on its internal reporting systems and will be final.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified one week after the promotion ends, December 31, 2019. Inability to contact a winner may result in disqualification.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Participants hereby grant Tax Talk Today a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to broadcast, publish, store, reproduce, distribute, syndicate, and otherwise use and exhibit the Submission (along with their names, voices, performance and/or likenesses) in all media now known and later come into being for purposes of trade or advertising without further compensation. Participants represent and warrant that they have full legal right, power and authority to grant Tax Talk Today the foregoing license and if applicable, have secured all necessary rights from any participants in, and contributors to, their Submission in order to grant such a license.
PROMOTIONAL OFFER: This promotion operates separate and apart from any other offers and promotion, including any special discounted or promotional rates, and is not combined with any other offers. No purchase refunds will be awarded on the basis of another offer during the promotional period. This promotional offer is valid October 1, 2019 through 11:59 pm December 31st, 2019.
CPE PURCHASES: All CPE purchases are subject to the restrictions and limitations shown at the time of purchase. Unused purchases expire December 31, 2020, unless specifically stated otherwise.
USE OF INFORMATION: All entries become the property of Tax Talk Today. Tax Talk Today reserves the right to use any and all information related to the promotion, including submissions provided by the participants, for editorial, marketing and any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
CONDUCT: All participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Tax Talk Today in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of its web site or is otherwise in violation of these rules.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Tax Talk Today is not responsible for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. If for any reason, the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, the lack of referrals required to win prizes, Tax Talk Today may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. Entrants further agree to release Tax Talk Today from any liability resulting from, or related to participation in the promotion.
